It all began with a journey to Cincinnati, USA, where mechanic Søren Einar Jensen learned about the production of gears and transmissions. Upon returning to Denmark, he was employed by his father, Niels Jensen. In 1920, he passed his journeyman’s exam, and the company was named Niels Jensen & Son.
Since then, the factory has remained in operation, stayed family-owned, and is today managed by the fourth generation, Søren Fischer Jensen. Over the years, we’ve had to relocate twice due to increased production and the need for more space.
